« First off this property is close to everything!!!! Shisha lounge is less than a 5 minute walk . Noah’s arc is about a 5 minute drive ! Aziza is a 3 minute cab (service really sucked staff were very rude!) I’d suggest getting a driver before hand because you’ll save money . The room was great very clean . Friendly staff. Staff were very responsive ! I’d stay here again ! »

« this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway. »

« This was a comfortable condo for the 2 of us, and it had nice amenities. Great location on the island, and the resort is very nice. Happy hour is great (fun and well-made cocktails) as it includes all alcohol half off, and we ate 2 dinners onsite which were good. We also ate at Mango Reef, Somewhere, Coco Bistro, and Hemingways. Hemingways was probably our least favorite for food, Coco Bistro our favorite ( as well as close by). We would definitely stay here again if available. »

« Villa Renaissance lived up to its excellent reviews. The "Suite Margarita" was in outstanding condition, and the owner provided excellent communication before our arrival. The daily maid service was great. Property is lovely, with a great pool, bar, and right on the beach. « Our unit at Coral Gardens was fantastic. The view was awesome from the porch. The condo had everything we needed and we had more than enough room. « We had a lovely stay with our family of four. The unit is lovely with everything we needed. The building is also very nice and well run - all of the facilities we accessed were great. « Besides the construction, which I was saddened it blocked the sunset, overall the property was amazing. It had everything we needed and what we didn't have Tyler was sure to assist and try his best to accommodate. There were places to eat within walking distance with Somewhere onsite, it was average. The snorkeling was amazing and many activities within walking distance. Grace Bay was an inexpensive taxi ride and one day was enough. We would definitely return. »

« My wife and I stayed at this condo from April 27-May 4, 2024. The condo itself is beautiful and we were able to walk down to the beach in less than 2 minutes. « This was our second time to stay in this condo and we absolutely loved it! It’s clean and beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The owner and manager are so friendly and helpful. Perfect location! I love that the beach isn’t crowded and the chairs and umbrellas are set up for early birds. The shaded patio balcony is my favorite spot. "Un resort parfait pour ne pas payer les yeux de la tête et avoir tout de même un endroit superbe avec une des plus belle section de plage. Le resto est très bons, plusieurs autres excellents restaurants sont à proximité (de 4 à 20 min de marche). Le quartier est très sécuritaire (une femme seule peut s'y promener seul le soir sans danger). Les salles de bain sont rénovés et les lits très confortables. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation!"
