« Well appointed and maintained unit with a friendly and helpful onsight manager Tyler. Daily housekeeping was great to have. OnSight restaurant was great spot for casual beachfront dinner. Building location next to construction site made for noisy days but we were out of unit for most of those hours so owner offered discount helped to soften the noise. »

« We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. House keeping was great and even loaded the dishwasher for us each day. We enjoyed the expansive patio, and my boys enjoyed throwing football on the lawn. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The beach is incredible, and we loved how quiet and uncrowded it was in front of Villa Renaissance, especially compared to how crowded it was in front of some of the larger resorts a few doors down. « Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude la première soirée et première journée avant que le problème soit réglé. Les enfants n’ont donc pas pu se doucher ni nous…Notre hôte n’a à ce jour jamais répondu à notre message à ce sujet…silence radio. Par ailleurs durant la pluie de l’eau s’infiltrait par le plafond de l’appartement.Par ailleurs le site, la propreté la piscine et la mer demeurent magnifiques tout comme l’emplacement. »
