Parking around the hotel is terrible. Very hard to find any and you need to move your car every 3 to 4 hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

It was good value f.or money and walking distance to my brothers house. Didn't like how long it took for my room to cool down. Would hate to vivit in the middle of summer.

Wonderful views of Tweed River and surf beach. Easy walking distance to clubs, restaurants and shopping. The position could not be beaten. The management and staff were always courteous helpful and friendly We had two weeks here and would highly recommend this hotel.

You know the saying dont judge a book by its cover, this relates to this hotel. The outside is in desperate need of a facelift however inside is lovely. Excellent location

Location is perfect. Walking distance to amazing beaches. But the building is extremely dated and dirty and really needs to be renovated. Pool was very unappealing.. the outside of the building looks awful and run down. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap surfing getaway, it’s a perfect location

Weekend Get Away
When I book myself on Hotels.com I always request a particular room for its bed and especially its new shower head!! But this booking was made by reception and they wrote the wrong room number down and we ended up in a room with a god awful shower head that peeled your skin off when showering it was that hard! Only a few of the holes are unblocked from calcium and spraying like a full turned on garden hose! Not pleasant at all!! I would have thought by now with all the room renovations the 2 things that would have been priority were new shower heads and new curtains. Staying nearly even few weekends I could have paid for an entire few floors of cheap renovations by now. Not sure where our money is going? This stay was for Saturday 13 January. When you have to book direct for one night they do not allow feedback anywhere.

Room on 9th floor with river view had a beautiful view. Great location to beaches and cafes. Pool needs to be cleaned as per photos

Superb location to beach, walking track and shops. The foyer is very presentable and the person who checked me in was great. All I could say was the checkout was efficient! It really could do with a bigger car park. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again! Thanks :)
