The Space:

This spacious, two-storey house in Bystra is the perfect place for a large family or group of friends, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 14 people. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a TV, creating the perfect space for spending time together. Right next to it is a large dining table with chairs, inviting you to feast. This level also houses a kitchenette, fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and fridge with freezer, which is sure to delight cooking enthusiasts. The ground floor is complemented by a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a set of cosmetics and towels. On the second floor, guests will find a second living room, which is an intimate place to relax. It features a sofa bed, a desk with a chair, a TV, a comfortable armchair and a rocking chair – perfect for a quiet evening with a book. Next to the living room is a kitchenette, equally well-equipped as the one on the ground floor, with the addition of a capsule coffee machine, which is sure to make your mornings more enjoyable. There are five bedrooms in the house – four on the first floor and one on the second. The first bedroom is a peaceful haven with a sofa bed and a desk, ideal for work or a moment of solitude. The second bedroom has two single beds, a bookcase and a desk, offering a comfortable place to rest. The third, fourth and fifth bedrooms are spacious rooms with double beds and wardrobes, ensuring comfort and privacy. Each floor also has a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet, as well as a hairdryer and toiletries. The house is equipped with free WiFi and SmartTV with internet TV. A free cot and high chair are available for families at home. Evening entertainment can be provided by table football, a ping pong table or board games. The large garden with a furnished terrace is ideal for spending time together outdoors. An additional advantage is the possibility of bringing pets (for an extra fee) and access to one parking space in the garage and two parking spaces in front of the house.

The area around the house at 208 Juliana Fałata Street in Bystra is a picturesque and peaceful place, ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in the beauty of the mountain landscape. A relaxing location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, at the foot of the mountains, by the river, yet close to civilisation (near a shop, restaurant, town). 100 metres from the house there is a 4**** hotel with a swimming pool, saunas, tennis courts and a gym, where you can enjoy the restaurant and purchase a buffet breakfast. The dominant feature of the area is green space and proximity to nature, which is conducive to active outdoor recreation. The area is characterised by single-family housing, often with elements of traditional highlander architecture, which gives it a charming and idyllic character. There are many hiking trails nearby, which encourage walking and admiring the breathtaking views of the Silesian Beskids. Ski enthusiasts will certainly appreciate the proximity of the ski slopes in Szczyrk and Wisła, which become a real paradise for sports enthusiasts in winter. The area is very family-friendly, offering safe play areas and numerous attractions. Cyclists will also find something for themselves here, thanks to well-prepared bike paths that lead through picturesque areas.
