« Rooms were not ready at check-in time. Lobby bathroom was gross with urine and feces. Our room had a strange odor. Understaffed restaurant at the resort. The cantina at the beach was unexpectedly closed. The main gate to the beach was closed causing a long drive to get lunch for our hungry children. The staff was friendly and the food was good when we finally got sat in the mostly empty dining room. The beds were comfortable. The scenery was nice. »

« Older hotel with small bathroom with a couple upgrades that made it tight, door hit bowed shower rod when opening into bathroom. Noise from truck traffic on I-75 noticable in our room at night, made sure AC fan was on continuously to help mask noise. »

« I feel It’s ridiculous to pay for parking. I don’t believe you used to have to pay for parking and I think that should be rolled into the price. It’s not as if there’s a giant parking garage on very expensive real estate. It’s a giant open parking lot that has been there for decades. I feel this is just a Money grab to an already inflated price on this hotel »
