« Although a good location, this hotel needs attention. Our shower was very dirty, as was the bathroom sink. Room and hotel smelled weird, I ended up buying an air freshener. The breakfast was awful, food was cold and no coffee, we had to ask that coffee be made by the unconcerned front desk guy. Upon check out, he said no words to us when we handed in the keys. Will not return. »

« The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never...

« Stayed for one night,very practical as it is close to airport. The smell in the hotel was not great, a little musky, and the room must have been close to the kitchen as we stared smelling breakfast around 4am. This hotel needs a little bit more TLC. »
