« The room is clean, and the property is well-maintained. The room pictures matched the actual room. The check-in & check-out process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions. (Dear Expedia, please PAY ATTENTION to this.) However, the one thing I'm concerned about is when the host messaged me after we checked out, asking for my email address and the last 4 digits of my credit card without stating the purpose, which had never happened before. « Excellent hostess Lili - a wonderful Soul. The breakfasts provided delicious. The Davis Brook Retreat such a serene place for rejuvenation. We spent majority of our time on chaise lounges in the back yard listening to the song birds and wind chimes. A wee disappointment was the pool not really heated. Nowhere in website did it say pool not heated. Managed to get into pool once but not for long - rather cold. Did use hot tub once also. Overall a lovely stay. Will go again. »

« Clean, modern room and bathroom. Really nice new shower. Excellent central location, with the beach around the corner. It would have been great if the room had an electric kettle for tea but it just had a coffee maker with 2 coffee pods provided. »

« There was nowhere to hang clothes in the main room or in the bathroom. No hangers. The water spout in the sink - if not turned on very much, water leaked all over the counter. If turned on too much, water shot straight out over the sink and onto your clothes. Could not figure out the overhead shower and hand held shot straight out. The shower floor was too slippery.
