« I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Colinas. There is a lot to love about this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were exceptional. I slept very well, and the overall ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, my experience was overshadowed by one major issue. « Room was clean, bed had clean sheets, bathroom very clean plenty of towels and wash clothes! A couple of things needing repaired Safe was located under sink safe was not bolted down nor did it work! AC duct in the sitting section of the room blew cool air, air duct in the bedroom and bathroom duct had no air coming through the duct almost like it was disconnected! Larry »

« Hôtel très bien situé, quasiment tout inclus (internet, bon petit déjeuner, collation le soir en semaine), avec un gros Target très peu cher à proximité. Seul vrai bémol, la climatisation de la chambre était peu agréable à utiliser, étant plutôt bruyante. Mais toutes les chambres n'ont pas ce défaut. »
