« On the morning of departure we found dirt on part of the bed linen that could have been associate with the presence of bed bugs. The front desk employees were supposed to investigate and report to us in the same day. Nothing was done and general manager further follow-up was "As I stated to you previously, at the time that you had the problem with the stain on your linen, I was on vacation. I did not inspect your linen; therefore, I cannot definitively tell you what was on the sheet."...
