« This was my second stay at the Sono. I love everything about it. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Free to park close to hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean!! Management is both helpful and friendly! Breakfast had healthy options. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town. »

« Exceeded my expectations. We were traveling with a toddler and a service animal and the stay couldn’t have been better. Incredibly attentive and personable bell staff and doormen. Impeccably clean. Rooms are formatted well for families. Excellent location on a quieter street off the Magnificent Mile. Will 100% be staying here again on future trips to the city. »
