Ideally located for fun and relaxation, enjoy being just steps away from the sugary sand and serene waters. Your reservation includes beach service of two chairs and one umbrella. You’ll also find Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Xtreme H2O, and Emerald Bay Golf Club within a 12-mile radius. Delight in thrilling amusement park rides, afternoons at the water park, or playing some leisurely golf in the sunshine.

Back home, you’ll have access to the shared pool where you can take a refreshing plunge or lounge under the swaying palms with a good book!

Inside, you’ll feel right at home in the bright, cozy living areas featuring comfy furniture, charming decor, plenty of natural light, and of course, magnificent ocean views. A stylish, full kitchen invites you to whip up quick snacks or delicious home-cooked meals with ease. Gather for a tasty dinner, then break out the board games! After a day of beach adventure, utilize the private washer/dryer for any sandy gear, and unwind on the balcony with a glass of wine. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location! Walking distance to the beach & broadwalk! Condo was in good condition except for the couch and chair. They are in desperate need of a cleaning! We used the extra sheets to cover them.

Looks clean but isn’t

When you first walk in the property looked clean. However once you actually started looking the bunk room beds were so gross. The cracks were filled with sand, dirt and who knows what else. We did clean as soon as we got to the property but I would say our vacation took a turn when we returned from a beach day to shower and found a cockroach in the bathroom. We immediately contacted Vacasa got the voicemail and had to try 3 more times to get a person. The first response we received was we could buy bug spray and they would reimburse us. I told them in no way were we staying in a condo with cockroaches so they placed me on hold for 5 min and came back that they would put in a relocation request to another resort. From the initial phone call to getting our new condo info it was 2 1/2 -3 hours. Needless to say having to repack everything and deal with washing clothes for a family of 5 after seeing a cockroach isn’t how I wanted to spend my time on vacation. We will not return to Destin West resort ever.

Great Location! Great View! Great Amenities!

Perfect view and location! Had great amenities and very well stocked. Enjoyed every moment onsite. Only disliked how much Vacasa blew up my phone with constant repeating text and emails and with an early required checkout of 10 am, cleaners were there early wanting to get in.
