Dear E M,Thank you for your time and for being our Guests. We need to specify, that we are literally 2min walk away from piazza di San Jacopino, which is the center of our neighbourhood. In that square you have a supermarket, a grocery store open until very late, different bars, Bistrot, Three pizzerias, trattoria, one of the best restaurants of the city in "Varadero" , a pharmacy, one of the best Ice-cream shops in "Donna Malina"... and I took 20min to explain all of this at check in , i can't explain myself how you missed those informations as our check in is all about making it easier for our guests.Also, if and when we make those serious improvements, you'll not be able to stay in high season with us for 67euro a night, having said that, we offer some great value and our facilities are way above what the city offers in our price range.We hope to have you with us again in the future, hoping that our investments will not price you out.Cheers,Sam.

Dear Susan, there are no worst room in our B&B. Your Double room, is our warmest room in winter and fresher room in summer, has a complete private bathroom, direct access to the patio and the elevator is really far away, the elevator motor is on the 6th floor, we are on the first. There is a bathroom vent though, if the light of the bathrooms gets turned off, so does the vent :). Our Mini Patio, is the only space that we can use for our ongoing improvements. We had installed new generation windows, highly thermo-acoustic isolating ones, just the week before your visit, that's why you saw some material in the patio, we need it to finalize details. Patio will become a wonderful space in the near future and we're sorry you couldn't benefit from it during your stay. Maybe next time ;). Best Regards, Sam.
