Welcome to our beautiful family caravan in Cala Gran Fleetwood.

We are Emma and Alex , we bought our van in 2023 after spending lots of time in Blackpool with our 3 children and them loving it !

We try to keep our van like home from home with everything you need including bedding made up on arrival.

Towels are NOT provided but can be arranged on request.

Please keep the noise down after 10pm (unless you are in the bar then be as noisy as you like !)

Price doesn't include playpasses , they can be purchased online or at reception, you will receive information how to do this in your haven confirmation email.

You don't need passes for the arcades, Mash and Barrel, outdoor splash area and takeaways , passes are needed for swimming the clubhouse and activities.

We hope you enjoy our van as much as we do.

 House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Earlier check-in can be arranged from 2pm for a small charge of £10
- Later check out can be arranged for 12pm for a small charge of £10

Please note that these amounts will be deducted from your deposit if not prearranged.

Travel cot is available on request at no extra charge.

No smoking including e-cigarettes.

There is free parking on premises next to the van.

There IS a kitchen in the van , booking . Com still haven't corrected this error.
