drinks were a bit weak or watered down, buffet food wasn’t that good. but beautiful room beautiful property not exactly in montego bay it’s more of country side but would definitely stay at royalton again.

The servers were very attentive and kind, kinda hated the lay out of the bathrooms since after you use the toilet you dont have a sink to use in the same section to make sure bacteria isn't being spread.

Supervisors and management need to be fired immediately. They overbook the hotel and place you in room styles you did not purchase. Also, management is very rude. They screwed us and we felt very stuck because we had already paid for room and we had no other place to go because rooms elsewhere were also booked. Dorothy doesn’t know what she is doing and need to be replaced. Berry the bartender is the best thing the have on this property. He is very friendly kind and know how to lift everyone spirits. I will never stay at anyone royalton property.

Service was awful. Majority of the staff needs training and/or better management. Some are outright rude. While waiting 40 minutes to book a culinary experience, overheard two guest complaining about cash being stolen from their rooms. Food was terrible. The property itself is great with a wonderful beach and location.

1. There were waiters and waitresses that definitely had respect and provided amazing service. 2. They upgraded my room to Diamond Club. Which did not come with any perks and the room is the same as any other regular rooms in the resort. 3. From observation Some employees are only welcoming and kind to diamond club members and people not of color.

My daughter (12) and I spent 6 nights here and we had a great time! We stayed in one of the Diamond Club swim outs and that came with butlers. Our butlers Leo & Micheal went above and beyond. All the staff that we had the pleasure of meeting were great! Food was delicious. The drinks were delicious. Seriously 10/10. Will stay here again! SOON!

Royalton Blue Waters is Simply Beautiful! The resort is beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good! I absolutely loved it. A special shout out to Rayanna who greeted us and quickly checked us in. Thank you to Alex at the swim up bar, his drinks are great and his spirit was genuine. Thank you to the whole vibe team especially Tayshawna and Kelly Ann. They kept the party lit. Thank you to the fit team Cover and Kadija that instructed yoga. Sherika at the Spa she was so sweet. It’s smoke and quiet. Kids friendly. Convenient for a breath takeout for professionals as they offer 1 night stay unlike others. Only parking should improve a little more space. Otherwise for stay it’s excellent. Sports area pools and food very nice. Super excellent

I love this hotel overall. Very big and spacious and have a variety of place/things to do. The outside is amazing with pools, bars, entertainments, dining area etc. it’s great overall with 2 exception! 1: The customer service at the front seat pertaining to answering the phone is terrible.! I been calling for a service and I haven’t gotten them not one time since me n my family checked in.. 2: The room service is bad. I requested towels and a tooth paste since last night for me n my family and no one showed up at all until now smh. Note: These are the things that leave a bad taste in customers mouth to not want to return. Because I truly like this place and I don’t want to leave a bad comment at all, but! These things needs to be fixed immediately..other than that this place is nice. Shout out to the bartenders, the waitresses and the ones that make the food. Very friendly n professional..

The property was beautiful, we had a wonderful time for the most part, I understand the lack of running water for 24 hrs our first night and day, and low pressure our third day. But we had no A/C in our room the entire stay from Sunday to Thursday, reported it multiple times, someone came to check it, but not fixed or moved

The property was clean but some areas (foot washing station) was clogged and therefore not usable. My kids also saw lots of debris on the floor of the main pool (connected to the lazy river). The food was subpar. At one point, the chicken from the jerk hut was undercooked and almost served to me but I requested that it be cooked longer. I never got the food as I came back to retrieve it later and it was still undercooked. Overall, the staff was cordial and accommodating. It was a good experience but more than likely not to return.

This property has great facilities and activities. It caters for kids with a water park and other activities. However for the price tag I think that the staff should have a positive attitude towards hotel Guests. Some staff I found to be rude. The kids club was also not functioning. For that size hotel there should be at least 4 elevators (1 elevator malfunctioned). Kudos f to staff of the Spa and Japanese restaurant. They were professional and courteous.

Myself and my wife did like the pool and beach areas. We did like the bar service. We did not like there was no transportation and no accommodations for guests staying who went through a third party. Hotel conditions were extremely horrible. Broken fixtures, lighting broken throughout the property. Elevators were broke, dark staircases. Food plates left in hotel for pickup and was there for hours. Food options were good but food was not extremely hot. Cleaning crew for dining halls not efficient and effective. We definitely will not be recommending this resort to friends and family. The room was a bright spot with Jacuzzi in the room and double showers in the room. Balcony was nice touch. Room service was the slowest I have ever seen.
