« Lovely hotel, our room was great and breakfast fantastic. Didn’t use the pool, fitness centre or spa so can’t comment but they looked nice. Did do a 7km walk run on one of the recommended routes around the hotel which was very scenic. We’ll definitely return when the build is finished and new restaurant is open. »

The Grand is 'grand' a stylish property probably more than 100 years old- carpeted rooms- confortable bed-high ceiling- modern bathroom-(good water pressure)- decent included breakfast- very friendly staff. Nothing really special BUT for this price it is value for money in he UK. »

Nous avions l'impression d'être des châtelains. « The staff made our experience fabulous. Everyone we met was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I am disabled and needed to use a mobility scooter to get around, nothing was too much bother. The first room was difficult to access for me, we informed reception and were seamlessly and quickly moved to another room. « Very pretty pub with nice rooms above. In a great quiet location. The rooms were quaint but with modern amenties and well maintained. Breakfast was great as was dinner in the pub. The staff were very friendly. »
