« Wow what a brilliant hotel exceptional wish I could give it a better review it’s worth more than 5 stars!!! We have come since it opened last year this is our second year staying at this beautiful hotel! Staff go up & beyond to ensure your stay is the best you can have nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are so friendly & helpful from front desk to restaurant/chefs to housekeeeping all brilliant do such a great job I can’t rate them highly enough! »

« Du bruit, la chambre pas clean (traces de doigts partout, bords de lits taches, poussière sur les objets ...accueil pas efficace. La safety box ne marchait pas j’ai du demander 4x....toujours de la musique même au petit déjeuner ...qui lui par contre est pas mal Pour ce prix là, la prestation n’est pas du tout à la hauteur »

« We have just come back from a 3 night stay at the ITC with friends. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend ITC. Here are some of our thoughts: - The hotel was lovely, an extensive resort filled with natural beauty and plenty of grounds to wander through. - The beach is gorgeous with soft, powdery sand and lots of space. « Dommage que la piscine envahie de corbeaux ne soit pas mieux entretenue car l'emplacement face à la mer est agréable. Les corbeaux causent beaucoup de nuisances (excrémenents partout autour de la piscine et sur les matelas) et les poubelles n'étant pas vidées ils éparpillent leur contenu ... l'ensemble donne alors un sentiment de laisser aller, pourant les chambres sont bien entretenues ainsi que la réception. »

Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. « The view from the room was outstanding, with green fields, water buffalo and the sounds of birds. The sea was just a short stroll away and was glorious. The pool was lovely and clean, although there weren't many sun beds and only one umbrella. The staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. »
