« The stay was nice, the house felt very home like which was great given the fact we were not able to actually enjoy the area due to Covid 19 and spent most of the time inside. The neighbourhood is also very nice and calm. We were delighted to find a thoughful welcome pack that included dairy free items. We would absolutely recommend this house, for groups of friends or families, it must be very pleasant in the warmer months. »

« We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). The property was generally tidy, there were a few spiderwebs which luckily didn't have any spiders. If these were removed it would enhance the experience. Parking proved somewhat challenging...

« Nice property. Lovely having hot tub and big table in conservatory to eat together and play games in the evening. Comfortable rooms (more bedside tables would be good addition). Kitchen good - lots plates, bowls, cutlery but could be better equipped - No larger pans, or oven cookware, no larger serving bowls (so we served salad from a frying pan), no glass containers for microwave cooking. Blocked shower upstairs - managed to unblock. No toilet roll - would have been appreciated after...

« This is an exceptional home! It’s just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach and a ten minute drive from Rye which we loved visiting. Lots of great restaurants and takeaway options really locally too. The house itself is exceptional- really clean and well equipped with everything you could wish for. It’s very comfortable and housed our party of 8 perfectly. We had an amazingly cozy stay and loved spending time at the house especially with the Christmas tree up! The perfect place to stay! »

« Beautiful house, very comfortable and great layout. The kitchen, with a small breakfast bar is at the hub, which worked well for the family. Lots of space within the house and a huge garden to enjoy. Great location, close to Harry’s and the beach. »

« This property was fantastic. Clean, great amenities, perfect location. On the edge of the caravan park so super quiet with lovely views. Only a few mins walk to the beach, where you can also get a £2 bus into Rye every hour (or a £15 taxi but make sure to call and book in advance). Ross was a very responsive host who helped with our every need. Would recommend and would stay again! »
