« Staff was super friendly and had excellent customer service. The shower door didn’t close all the way leaving the bathroom floor soaked whenever someone took a shower. TV remotes didn’t work so we didn’t watch TV while there. Even after the staff provided a new remote it worked once then stopped. »

« Crappy place for the price, the a/c was broken, which apparently the girl who put me in that room had a literal note written about that particular unit and for some reason still booked me into that room when there were dozens of rooms available. Also, every single day of my stay i had to get a new keycard because for some “unknown reason” it wouldn’t “deactivate itself” every time i left the building. DO NOT STAY HERE »

« Upon arrival, the pool was off. We have to be change of bedroom two time. First because cause it’s smell smokeOn the month is a first time to the influence of water. Second because we have water a lot of water on the floor. Nobody has come to see what’s going on. We had to wipe the water with our towels. They no longer had clean towels to replace. The smell of marijuana was lingering in the hallways. The breakfast was almost absent. No more coffee, no more muffins. Only hot water and tender...

« The place was nice and clean and had great staff, but sadly we struggled with a not working well AC unit. When we first got in the battery was out on the control panel, and then every few hours it kept resetting itself to 75 and we even had to get up in the middle of the night to reset it. »
