« When we checked into our room it was dirty. Cups were left in the sink,the floor had not been mopped,stains on the couch,and the living room table had sticky stains and hair on it. If you are bringing a device to hook up HDMI on the tv it may not work. However,front desk staff was nice, always present and went over all amenities. »

« We did not get the room we reserved and paid for which had the roll-in shower. Not sure if we were charged correctly for the room we had which did not have an accessible shower. »

« Broken elevator, stained bedsheets and towels and looks like they were just restocked without cleaning. In pictures its looks really neat and clean but in reality it was not even close to 50%. Breakfast was okay with limited options. »
