« Unfortunately, we were sent a bad entry code and couldn’t enter the home. We messaged host (no response) and called the phone number on the front door keyless entry sticker. That company no longer managed the property and we had no other contact info. Luckily the old company was able to track down the existing one and gave us a phone number. We were finally able to enter after 20 tense minutes. The backyard has an above ground pool which was fine—we knew about it. BUT there’s something wrong...

« Lack of resources such as toilet paper trash bags dish detergent etc. No batteries for the smoke detector or thermostat. And a broken baseboard when you walk in the front door »

« Will never stay anywhere in Memphis but this place. Not one complaint. Angel, at the reception desk is a gem, the entire management staff is wonderful. I would give it 5 all stars!!!! »

« Super disappointed in this rental. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. There were no linens in any of the bathrooms. They were all shoved in the dryer when we arrived. The house was filthy. The floors turned our feet black. The blankets on the beds had not been washed. The house clearly had not had a good cleaning in a while. We had 12 people staying there and we were all on top of each other. Not spacious for big groups. definitely would not stay here again »

« When we checked into our room it was dirty. Cups were left in the sink,the floor had not been mopped,stains on the couch,and the living room table had sticky stains and hair on it. If you are bringing a device to hook up HDMI on the tv it may not work. However,front desk staff was nice, always present and went over all amenities. »

« They advertise queen beds and they are doubles. The rugs are so dirty my socks where black, they need a renovation job. People where smoking pot and I ended up be very sick. It is far from downtown but we uber it back and forth. I would not go back »
