« Staff was polite but nothing special. Didn't ask was everything ok or do you need anything. Needed a new light bulb. Refrigerator & coffee machine were pathetic. Auto lights were annoying. Needed a better cart for luggage & hang up clothes. Disappointed! »

« I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was!! I’m convinced they all love their jobs! Everyone was smiling and cheerful. It was a joy to stay there. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and always kept full and very clean. »
