« Stayed here a year ago and had a good experience. The place has aged considerably in a year. Hallway wallpaper is peeling at the seams, drawers on the cabinet in our room didn't stay shut, sheets on one of our beds were not totally clean, place is just kinda tired on the inside. »

« My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff. »
