'ai récemment passé 10 jours incroyables à l'hôtel de Dubaï, et je suis ravi de partager mon expérience positive. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été très agréable et pratique. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment idéal. Il est situé au cœur de Dubaï, ce qui le rend très accessible pour explorer la ville. De plus, il y a de nombreuses commodités à proximité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus pratique. Nous avions accès à d'excellents restaurants, des magasins, et même des attractions touristiques majeures, tout à quelques pas de l'hôtel. Le personnel de l'hôtel mérite également des éloges. Ils étaient incroyablement agréables et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos besoins. Leur service attentionné a vraiment ajouté à l'expérience globale. Nous nous sommes sentis pris en charge et bien accueillis dès notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. Les installations de l'hôtel étaient également de haute qualité. Notre chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue, ce qui a rendu nos nuits reposantes après des journées bien remplies à explorer Dubaï. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui prévoient de visiter Dubaï. L'emplacement, le personnel amical et les commodités à proximité en font un choix fantastique pour un séjour mémorable dans cette ville incroyable. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner lors de ma prochaine visite à Dubaï.

Deuxième fois que je viens et je recommencerai, l’hôtel est super propre, le personnel vraiment attentionné, la localisation est parfaite, il y a même le métro à 5min, qui est plus économique, et pas mal de restaurant, supermarchés, pharmacies, laveries autour! Je recommande les yeux fermés!

Très bon hôtel
Très bon hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse mais la salle de bain un peu petite. La chambre était propre et la literie était top. Bon petit déjeuner. La piscine est un peu petite pour la grandeur de l’hôtel. Le personnel est à l’écoute. La station de métro est proche et des supermarchés sont à côté. Excellent hôtel à recommander sans hésiter.

Hôtel moyen, check in très long et personnel peu avenant surtout au lobby, les chambres sont convenable mais bruyante par moment à cause du couloir proche. Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaudes !! Dommage !

Vraiment moyen, les avis sont trompeurs!!
Séjour correct, parking facile d’accès. Cependant, mosquée et minaret juste sous les fenêtres et même si c’est la culture locale un appel à la prière très bruyant qui nous réveille à 5/6h du matin tous les jours. Parfois l’appel a duré presque 30minutes. Nous avons eu des problèmes de douche un jour pas d’eau froid que de l’eau brûlante et le sur lendemain pas d’eau chaude. En revenant de 2h de jet ski ou on s’est un peu gelé revenir se laver a l’eau froide pas génial. Le drap était troué, les verres dégueulasse et une moquette donné un sentiment d’être vraiment sale

Our premium rooms offer a balcony area and it's the biggest room we have as it has a bedroom and living space. We also have one bed rooms suite that are very spacious. Excellent accueil.Personne particulierement soucieux de satisfaire la clientèle (sans jeux de mots!).Chambres agréables,modernes et propres.Service du petit déjeuner rapide et complet à table,compte tenu de la situation sanitaire qui ne permet pas le self service.

Séjour parfait! Personnel au top! Je recommande.
Hôtel très propre et vraiment bien situé. Pleins de petits restos aux alentours, pharmacie, supérette, coiffeur, etc.. Le petit-déjeuner vraiment excellent avec des spécialités différentes, on en avait pour tous les goûts (sucrés / salés). Personnel au top toujours à l’écoute et prêt à aider les clients au moindre souci et à la moindre question, ils sont toujours présents 24h/24. Surtout pour nous trouver des taxis c’était parfait. Une de nos amies a fait un malaise devant l’hôtel pendant notre séjour et ils sont tous venus en aide dans la seconde qui suivait avec une valisette de secours. Vraiment je recommande cet hôtel à 200%. Le personnel est toujours souriant, c’est vraiment agréable 😊

De ligging is goed met restaurants ,hotels,supermarkten in de buurt .De gratis shuttlebus naar het strand en shopping centers is fantastisch .Ontbijt is super en het restaurant is goed.Wifi is uitstekend .Het zwembad is een beetje aan de kleine kant maar goed voor kinderen
