We enjoyed so much our stay at Shangri-La. The staff is really kind and professional and they our stay really pleasant. The standard is not at the height of other Shangri-Las around the world and the hotel needs a major refurbished and renovation. It’s getting old and worn out. Other than that, great location, great staff and the gym is also extremely on point

L'hotel est bien en général, nous avons été accueillis par Mr Saidi qui fut très attentionné avec nous. Cependant éviter de reserver vos activités avec les concierge de l'hotel parce que c'est une arnaque !!!

Excellent hôtel chambre trés bien équipée luxueuse et trés bien meublée. Un personnel trés attentif et chaleureux. Fantastic stay at Shangri-la Dubaï. The top part is of course the staff always smiling, nice and here to assist you. Also good location and very comfy bed in the room.
