L'hôtel est très propre et le Room service est excellent. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec beaucoup de choix. Seule chose a déplorer : le robinet de la toilette qui coule au sol et que j'essayais constamment pour éviter que quelqu'un me glisse et tombe dans cet espace très réduit et se cogner la tête ou un bras dans le lavabo ou la chaise des toilettes. A part cela tout le reste est correct. C'est très pratique pour les familles surtout quand vous êtes avec des enfants. Oui je recommande cet hôtel.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour au Novotel Suites. La chambre est très bien et le lit très confortable. Personnel souriant et courtois. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous étions avec notre petit de 18 mois et tout le nécessaire a été fait pour nous garantir un séjour plaisant et sans stress. Special thanks to Hatem at the reception desk.

On me donne une chambre « handicapé » ( seulement un espace douche , à ma réservation je demande une chambre standard douche ET baignoire . A l’accueil (Madonna) me dit toutes les chambre sont comme ça! Je dois fortement insister pour voir une autre chambre et constater donc que ce n été pas standard ! Je constante qu’en payant un prix plus bas que l’hôtelier par votre site, l’hôtelier nous donne des chambres au premier étages et de piètre qualité . Je ne retournerai plus dans cette hôtel.

Idéal c’est ma 3ème fois a Dubai et le quartier Mall of the Emirates Al Barsha est idéal les équipes de l’hôtel sont très professionnelles et une spéciale bravo à l’equipe du petit déjeuner Emily, Sharia et tous les autres très professionnels et très attentionnés. Merci pour votre accueil et votre patience. Je suis une adepte des hôtels Accor d’habitude je suis au Novotel mais je ne suis pas dessus du Suite Novotel et de ses équipements et le personnel. Un hôtel très bien situé à proximité du EMirates Mall. Les suites bien agencées, très confortable pour un voyage en famille. Buffet petit déjeuner correct et horaires adaptés surtout quand on est avec des enfants en bas âge. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel. J’ai été très agréablement surprise. Hôtel très agréable mais vieillissant.
La décoration a besoin d’etre rafraichit ( abat jour déchiré , matelas de piscine déchirés.aucune évolution depuis mon dernier séjours il y a 7 ans.le petit déjeuner à la carte n.existe plus .une seule navette pour la plage à 10h.c’est trop peu..cet hôtel reste un bon hôtel pour famille aux vues des suites , de la petite piscine sur le toit. Personnel sympathique .proximite du Mall et d’un carrefour market.
