Les chambres sont bien nettoyées tous les jours mais l’était de la chambre reste à désirer, nous avons eu un draps où il y avais un trou de cigarettes, une tache de dégât des eaux au plafond de la salle de bain, des traces sales sur les rideaux… ça faisait poisseux… dommage car le personnel est adorable, poli et vraiment très serviable.

Décevant ! Je ne recommande pas
Très décevant… le seul point positif de l’hôtel est sa localisation qui est proche du dubai mall et de la burj Khalifa (10mn à pied). Par contre voilà les points négatifs: - petit déjeuner identique tous les jours et des produits de mauvaise qualité - un personnel peu aimable et peu disponible pour aider les clients (ils n’ont pas voulu nous aider pour appeler des taxis par exemple, on a aussi attendu 48h pour avoir un tapis de bain) -mauvaise chambre attribuée lors du Check in -cartes de chambre qui se démagnétisaient tous les jours -manque de confort dans les chambres (rideaux qui laissaient passer la lumière, on entendait les voisins, matelas durs…) Je ne recommande pas du tout !

Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Ils anticipent nos besoins en proposant systématiquement de nous appeler des taxis pour les déplacements. Les chambrrs sont relativement propres. Petit bémol, l’état des baies vitrées un peu sales de l’extérieur.

L’hôtel est très joli mais le personnel n’est pas assez à l’écoute des clients nous sommes arrivés à 4h du matin sachant que j’avais envoyé un mail avant, notre chambre n’était pas prête et nous sommes mis dans une chambre fumeur qui pue et la cigarette en disant que le lendemain matin ils allaient nous changer la chambre. À notre retour le lendemain matin le ménage n’a pas été fait la chambre n’a pas été changé Nous avons dû attendre 16 heures dans l’après-midi pour qu’ils nous change enfin de chambre en les appelant plusieurs fois. Après ça ils ont oublié de nous amener le Lit d’appoint car nous étions trois dans la chambre. Nous étions obligés de demander à chaque fois trois serviettes... L’établissement est à proximité de Dubaï mall mais très mal placé rien autour très peu de taxi qui passe par l’hôtel station de métro assez loin. Sinon la piscine est bien placé très agréable. Le personnel est gentil mais pas très à l’écoute des clients. Je viens au moins une fois parents à Dubaï et je ne pense pas séjourner à nouveau dans cette hôtel.

J'avais demandé des chambres avec lits jumeaux mais à l'arrivée on me demande un supplément car ces chambres sont en business class alors que j'ai demandé chambres standard. D'où un coût de 150 euros par chambre en + pour 10 jours.

Awesome !!!!! I had a comfortable stay out there, the staff is super nice and friendly ! We had a tiny issue I made the mistake in the booking but the manager of the hotel made sure it wasn’t a problem and solved it very quickly ! I recommande the hotel, it’s superb and not far from any restaurants, bar, facilities and Dubai mall !

Hotel correct mais situation sans intérêt
Assez déçue par la situation de l'hotel, rien autour de l'hotel à part le sable et il faut marcher 15min le long d'une route pour acceder au Dubai Mall (possibilité de navette à heures fixes). Sinon l'hotel en lui même est bien, les chambres confortables. La piscine n'est pas chauffée et donc inutilisable à la période de mon voyage.

Séjour agréable jusqu'à l'arrivée des emirati pour la fête de l'éducation qui on pas cesser de faire du bruit dans l'hôtel et ce que j'ai détesté le plus un jour ils on eu un pblm de canalisations donc j'étais obligé d'aller prendre ma douche dans une autre chambre de l'hôtel vraiment pénible

Quartier tjrs en travaux, pas mal de nuissances sonores donc, en particulier à l'espace piscine. Piscine non chauffé (22° seulement en Janvier). Pas contre à proximité immédiate de Downtown et Dubai Mall. Chambre confortable. Room service OK. Du mieux au niveau de la disponibilité des Taxis (classiques ou privés)vs ma précédente visite

The location was convenient. The room and shower was not very clean. Dusty/dirty floors and stains on the bed cushion. TV and some plug outlets did not work. Only 1 operational lift. We were not told that the swimming pool was closed/under construction. We were double charged a holding fee that has been voided but I have not received the funds (3 days later).

The hotel was nice overall, but the service was lacking. Our heat wasn’t working and made a request for someone to look at it. Nobody ever showed. Made a request for an iron. Had to phone a second time and it eventually showed up 5 hours later from first phone call. Breakfast option was buffet or room service - nothing in between. When you phoned room service, they tried to get you to go to the buffet. Bar service wasnt good. They were charging $13 CAN for a 3 oz glass of wine , and most drinks were unavailable Poor was not available and under construction but it wasn’t mentioned on the website when we booked. Hotel was nice but the amenities and service were poor. Also, the hotel is right beside a major hwy so quite noisy at night.
