Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié c’est l’emplacement, la sympathie des employés. Petit déjeuné très bon et diversifié. Points négatifs : entends les voitures même au 24 Eme étage on entends les claquements de portes , on entends aussi parfois le voisin. Chambres à rénover.... piscine froide car le soleil ne tape pas dessus.

Fantastic business trip
Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel situé dans la partie downtown. Très bien situé, à quelques minutes du Dubai Mall. La vue des chambres est super, le petit-déjeuner très complet. Dans l’hôtel se trouvent plusieurs restaurants. J’ai essayé le restaurant Vault (style pub) Avec écrans pour les matchs et le restaurant italien( repas de qualité, pizza au four de bois et prix très abordable) La chambre est vraiment très grande avec tout les confort d’un 5 étoiles. Le service client est très réactif et à l’écoute du client. Je conseil vivement cet hôtel non seulement pour les voyages d’affaires mais aussi pour familles avec enfants.

Horrible service
Ce fut un sejour désagréable On paye 300 usd par jour et le service est catastrophique. La notion de parole à la réception ne vaut rien. On m'a promis de réserver une chambre pour une autre personne. Ce n'était pas le cas quand il est arrivé. Et on lui a demandé 900 usd ! On doit attendre 30 min pour avoir quelqu'un pour prendre ses bagages. Et quand vous quittez l'hôtel à 5h du matin pressé d'arriver à temps l'aéroport on vous dit que le système fait une mise à jour donc le Check-out est toujours impossible apres 30 min !! Et c'est énervant d'entre toujours la même phrase " je comprends monsieur " sans que le problème soit résolu. Je viens dans cet hôtel depuis 10 ans et c'est ma dernière fois.

Un établissement tout simplement parfait, à l'écoute et à la disposition des clients. L'hôtel est juste magnifique, immense le plus grand de tout le quartier, jolie piscine, les chichas sont très bonnes, les chambres spacieuse est très propre. L'hôtel est proche de tout et il y a une station de métro à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Je recommande fortement cette hôtel qui est juste magnifique avec un personnel au top!!!! Un grand merci pour ce moment !!!

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Le seul point négatif dans cette hôtel et que la piscine est bien trop souvent a l’ombre. Nous avons également souhaité réserver à deux reprises dans le restaurant de notre hôtel mais notre réservation a été refusé par manque de place.

Amazing hotel, great location, beautiful architecture, well maintained, beautiful and spacious rooms. Breakfast was amazing, they have so many restaurants inside the hotel with amazing food, upscale atmosphere, we were very impressed . All my tours picked us up at the hotel. We had the greatest time and the JW Marquis Dubai. Definitely would choose it again when we go back.

5 star service! Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was to be remembered. This hotel has a nightclub and 19 restaurants a roof deck pool etc. This was probably the best location for Tourist who want to be near the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Also its only 20 mins to the Marina where all the other hot spots are. I like this hotel because the Marina is overwhelming I wouldn’t want to be directly walkable to all the shops because I wanted to see the city. This was perfect and at night you can walk by a quiet canal with City views. This hotel has a grand view of the Burj Khalifa and all Dubai attractions. Pay a-little extra for a room with a view its worth every penny.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved the convenience in the business area, we visited a lot of the places that were close to where we stayed. The breakfast that was included with our stay was excellent, a great variety of food options, including gluten free, also everything was of good quality. The staff was always very helpful with getting transportation throughout the week. The room was cleaned every day and always had chocolate on our pillows at night.

This Marriott is close enough to some key sites in Dubai. However, it has the busiest and most chaotic lobby and driveway at all times of day. There are plenty of staff on hand to manage as best as they can, but it felt overwhelming. The hotel room was dated and not at the level of cleanliness I’d expect for a Marriott property. An easy update would be to put in different bedside tables and to update the lighting control. Additionally, at one point the hot water did not work in our room and the hairdryer inconsistently worked. Staff at the pool and French bakery were friendly, but got confused easily and moved slowly.

The condition of the room and the cleanness had deteriorated significantly. Sockets not working, cleaning not done properly , pillows overused, no coffee machine..etc. I used to stay here a lot, most probably would look for alternatives for my next trip. At least until it is renewed
