Séjour agréable dans un très bon hôtel. Petit déjeuner sympa, service impeccable par le staff de l’hôtel. Piscine et jacuzzi superbes avec vue imprenable sur la skyline. En revanche, plus grand hôtel du monde rime avec temps d’attente très long pour les ascenseurs en heure de pointe (à l’heure du petit déjeuner).

Pool very dirty I extended for one night more that was already paid, they called me and woke up me at 11 to force to come down make a new check in before 12 even it was already paid Elevator traffic horrible, not enough elevator and too much people inside. We have to wait 5/10 to enter in Cleaning room very bad, service isn’t here Don’t call to ask house keeping nothing because you will have to wait hours and they will not come! They even don’t take note of what you ask and just close on ur face by telling ok bye

Bon mais tout le service à revoir
Chambre ok mais ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles plutôt un petit 3 étoiles. Ascenseur file d’attente à croire que l’on est au supermarché, attente de 5 min à chaque fois pour monter/descendre et se retrouver à 10 dans l’ascenseur. Propreté 0! 2h30 d’attente pour que l’on vienne nettoyer votre chambre et en plus de ça aucun nettoyage est fait! C’est un semblant de nettoyage! Et lorsque vous appelez après 2h30 d’attendre on ose vous dire « vous voulez quoi » à croire que je suis son employé! Chambre sale, poussière pas faite Piscine sale, jamais nettoyée… l’intérieur de la piscine remplie de saleté. Sale de bain petite, lavabo tout petit, pas d’endroit où poser ses affaires

Hôtel bien situé et a première vue sympa…mais l’état des toilettes et surtout de la baignoire est digne d’un hôtel bon marché!!! J’ai du à presque 02h matin heure local appeler pour qu’on m’envoie un une personne pour laver la baignoire qui était toute sale! Faudrait penser sincèrement au ménage et aux équipements qui sont tous dans un état inutilisable!! Une cuisine qui est juste pour le déco et non fonctionnelle! Une literie pas top avec des taches sur les cousins et des vitres très très sales!

Déçu par l’état général, mais emplacement top!
Nous avions la chambre Deluxe. Ce n’était pas digne d’une telle appellation. Les prises éléctriques ne fonctionnaient pas, la salle de bain aux finitions mal faites, pas propre ! Serviette de bain tachée de brun-rouge… la propreté laisser à désirer ! Nous avons attendu 1h qu’on nous monte nos bagages le jour du check-in. Le seul point positif était l’emplacement, proche de tout Burj Khalifa, Dubaï Mall…

Hotel central, proche métro avec grande chambre même si la cuisine ne sert à rien car pas équipée. Nous n'avons pas trouvé le personnel agréable et avenant. Très belle piscine !

L’attente des ascenseurs est horrible, il ne faut pas être pressé dans cet hôtel !!! Le cleaning service également , il ne change pas les draps ni les serviettes. On doit toujours appeler la réception pour avoir des serviettes et peignoirs propres. La réceptionniste du highest view restaurant est très impolie et ne sait pas s’adresser aux clients. Je suis déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Sejour de 8 jours:Hotel assez tape à l'oeil! pour pas grand chose finalement,jolie piscine vue rooftop mais mal entretenue ! puisque la mosaique de la piscine s'en va! menage fait chaque jour ds la chambre. malgré ses 3 ascenceurs il est tres long d'atteindre son étage!personnel courtois et efficace!bien placé puisque à coté du financial centre metro station,chambre equipee d'une kitchenette inutile puisque pas de casseroles !

Je suis venu plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel c’était pour moi un coup de cœur mais cette année j’ai trouvé un personnel beaucoup moins accueillant, l’année dernière on nous a accompagné dans la chambre avec les bagages cette année on a du tout porter et nous débrouiller pour trouver la chambre, à la piscine le barman qui s’appelle « sav » refuse de nous donner le menu et nous regarde même pas en face, je ne sais pas si je reviendrai …
