2- register your stay with Dubai Tourism Department. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.

➞ This is a self-check-in property and our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is strictly no later than 11:00 AM. AED 149 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability. Any approved checkout later than 11 will be charged at AED150 per hour Any check-out without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels.
