Dans l’ensemble sympas mais c’est pas du tout la chambre qu’il y a sur les photos lors de la réservation! Donc très déçu dès l’arrivée. C’est une chambre basique sans balcon. Le Buffet de l’hôtel bon. Je n’ai pas testé le petit déjeuné. La piscine ferme à 19h c’est dommage de ne pas pouvoir en profiter plus longtemps après les journées de visite. 12 minutes de l’arrêt de métro. Dans l’ensemble le séjour est positif. Le prix reste très avantageux.

Un séjour inoubliable! L’hôtel 3 étoiles était à la hauteur d’un 4 où 5! La propreté l’accueil, tout est en place pour vous aider! Parfait
L’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport et de tout le reste (Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa,…). Il est très propre et la piscine est magnifique. Les chambres sont vraiment bien. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais largement suffisant. J’ai testé pas mal d’hôtel à Dubaï est celui est l’un des meilleurs.

I liked how beautiful and clean it was. The staff was very helpful, they offer bus shuttles to go around the city. The breakfast was delicious and copious ! There were a lot of amenities and the parking was very specious. Would definitely recommend !

The property is solid, the breakfast was outstanding. It is a busy property so make reservations early to choose your room. We like the larger room with the balcony as it was much larger than the lower rooms. What we didn’t like were the feather pillows and ultra firm bed. Wow, I need a massage after two nights. Other than that, the property is located close to the metro and we used it every day. Saved us a ton on taxis

Todo el personal muy amable, en especial Naseer del concierge. Los del restaurante, los de limpieza y hasta el encargado del gift shop. El hotel tiene traslado al Dubai mall y a la playa. Tiene opciones para comer dentro y fuera de la propiedad. No es de lujo, pero el servicio es 5 estrella. Super recomendado.

Inside the hotel it was like brand new, staff fantastic and the breakfast buffet was superb. Location of the hotel not ideal

Hotel was located near to plenty of supermarkets, food places & coffee shops that were open for 24 hours. Near the metro as well which was easy for us to get around

Elevator was slow, took forever to open which had a Total of 4 elevators in each floor. I waited for cleaner to come but I guess they show up on their schedule, but overall I like the hotel, especially their breakfast, it was so delicious!

I told the property that I was unable to come to Dubai due to the floods. They did not show any sympathy and did not try to offer a refund or a future stay.

the day manager wearing glasses is extremely rude and doesn't care. Wasn't able to get the name however he wasn't professional and if you speak english or another language other then what he speaks than he shows attitude.
