It's in a central location. I can understand why Hilton has removed its name. The Ritz is Hilton also. The facilities at this location are just ok. The rooms are just ok. The transportation options were suboptimal. Instead of investing in someone play a harp in the foyer, make the inhouse store, better. Open up more desks for checkin and concierge. Provide sitting area dining. Improve the patio experience. Sound proof your rooms properly. Your staff is very courteous and kind. Your dining experience ( regular and bar ) is also great. Other things - need work.

The stay was excellent. Everything is good in this hotel. It is a real luxury hotel. One thing, there was like kitchen smell in the bathroom area they need to fix. A special thank to Asad, the porter. He was very nice and helpful.

The service level was amazing! You have a personal butler for your room and you will never have to open a door yourself. The hotel has a great French bistro and a Polo Bar. They always have a great bar in the courtyard. The bathroom is floor to ceiling marble and the lobby is breathtaking. Habtoor Palace is the epitome of luxury and is in a great central Dubai location.

The hotel was overall good, clean, spacious rooms bur the views are not that great as it is surrounded by large towers The thing that we didn’t like that there is no outside breakfast facility There was a smell of cocking coming out of the ventilation system in the rooms very often

What an amazing place with grand decor and lovely rooms. Roof access pools and hot tub areas are amazing. There are more than 10 pools to choose from on the rooftop. Breakfast was amazing and a good variety of items to choose from. Staff and valet team were always ready to help. The only issue I had was that we were promised beach access to Waldord and were given alternative access to Habtoor Grand ( which is quite dated & never any sunbeds available). But apart from that will highly recommend this one for Dubai stay.. quite centrally located too.
