« PROCEED WITH CAUTION. I wasn't able to get through to the VRBO host despite multiple messages and calls, and only finally heard from someone about 3 hours AFTER our check in time. The listing has very few pictures that do an o-k job of demonstrating what the tent looks like, but the other details about the rental and the area are omitted. There are many tents/enclosures on the property, all which share the same bathroom, kitchen and showers. The bathrooms were never cleaned over our 3-night stay...

« Staff was great. House needed a good cleaning. Comfortable beds except one had no mattress. Good location. Rate it as just satisfactory. »

« Communication with the host was unsuccessful prior to arrival, and the property was not as expected upon check-in. A large, disruptive event was taking place, and the reserved accommodation was unavailable. Alternative arrangements provided did not feel secure, and noise continued throughout the night, making rest impossible. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and a resolution is being sought. »

« I was very unhappy. The pictures online suggested I was getting a “cozy retreat“ room in a hotel or guesthouse. In fact, this was a glorified campsite, and I spent the night in a large tent for seven people.. Furthermore, having paid almost $250 US, they had no record of me when I arrived. I have never had an experience like this with your site. »
