« Dead bugs in every room, live spiders with piles of cobwebs webs. Host didn't care about the poor level of effort towards providing a clean property to enter and when confronted, was arrogant, condescending and hostile. Your property was unclean, you and your staff failed, not our fault. Clearly hadnt been thoroughly cleaned in weeks maybe longer, only a quick hoover of the main pathway before our arrival. »

« I booked this property for a 3 generation family celebration. We were warmly welcomed and shown round on arrival. The property was clean and warm and the beds were very comfortable. We chose the location for the history in the town and to be close to the Severn Valley Railway. The apartment was well equipped, with everything you needed.
