« Arrived early and was able to check in promptly. Didn’t use any of the amenities as was out all afternoon and eve but did have breakfast in the morning which was exceptional. Shower was initially cold first thing but by the time I had breakfast the water was hot. I would consider staying again when I’m in the area. The manager “Grace” couldn’t have been more helpful and was polite. Nothing too much trouble. »

« The temperature in my room was 17° and never went above 18° despite my request. So a fan was snoring all night. The shower was cold too. and the light was dim at night. I was afraid of crossing a polar bear! Location is great if you attend an event at Telford International. »
