« Lodge excellent site well kept fishing good but very large carp not suitable for pole fishing in main lake. Staff excellent. Very peaceful location would recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet. »

« We had a fabulous weekend at Holly Tree Lodges. They had everything we needed and we loved the hot tub and sauna. There was tea, coffee sugar and 2 pints of milk provided along with tea towels, dish cloths, washing up liquid, cling film,, tin foil and salt and pepper which is all very handy when self catering! « Had the most amazing stay at Holly Tree Lodges. Perfect location as only a 10 minute drive to York city centre whilst also being super quiet and peaceful - the best of both worlds. Very clean, comes with all the necessities, hot tub worked perfectly and a sauna being a fabulously unique addition.
