« It was not what was on the website when we arrived there was no one to meet us to say which cottage we were staying in I tried calling but no one replied I phone a number that was on a van parked in the carpark who then got in touch the with the gentleman who runs the cottage’s we should of entered at 3:00pm but didn’t get in till 5:00pm I was told I had been sent a message with the code at 09:00 which I never received »

« From reading the reviews and viewings the photos I had a great feeling about the property and felt it really suited the escape I had in mind. And it surpassed all my expectations. The view and idyllic setting of the property, the cosiness of the cottage and the communication/instructions from the owner and responsiveness was all exceptional. I can see why it has so many returning guests. The guest book was great for tips on where to see the wildlife and where to visit. I can't wait to return....

« Second time we have stayed at this lovely, clean, spacious property. Ideal location so close to Sandsend beach and had a lovely meal at The Stables, just down the road. Cannot fault a thing apart from the Wi-fi signal - at times there was no signal and had to search for areas in the house where we could pick one up (sometimes at the top of the garden) Just to note this wasn’t a problem last year when we stayed. Not ideal for 3 teenage kids, but we survived and this did not stop us from having a...
