« Overall the property was as described, but without being too negativen the main faults we found were as follows...Internet may as well not have been there, Spider webs in lots of locations, metal Beds contributed to lack of sleep, Foisty smell in bedrooms, especially the groung floor one, hence maybe the fly killer spray that overpowered you on entry,
The plus sides were,,,,, Alpacas were a bonus, as were the free Milk and Eggs, we loved the rural setting and the quiet location.

« Unfortunately i was highly dissapointed ..it was supposed to be a treat for my birthday from my daughter who gave me some monies to treat myself to something i might like ... I decided on Whitby and booked with expeadia ..Unfortunately a double deluxe room.. Garden view was reserved for me which i have proof that this was booked via email but last minute on the day of arrival I was told that i was going to go into Wainwright and that a host will be there on arrival before 9 pm ..

« All good. Property spotless. Beds comfortable Showers very good. All new amenities. Tv signal very poor and all free view no streaming service so very hard to watch as pixelated and intermittent service. »

« Every thing would have been perfect but the induction hob was temperamental and did give us some grief it defo needs looking at but was a small detail However all else was amazing reallly comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Bright airy and clean The location great loved walk to witby and the steam train ride Brilliant pub opposite with great home made food and lovely people serving it Would love to go back some time 👠»

« We really enjoyed out stay and the proximity to Robin Hoods Bay was ideal but also to other resorts along the coast. The cottage was warm and cosy, had everything we needed and we found a parking space just up from the property which made it accessible. Highly recommend. »
