« The cottage was well set up with lots of internal space for our trip. The bedrooms we large and along with the bathrooms they made out stay so much nicer. It was a shame the log burner sting was broken and therefore did not really work, on Host and Stay website it also said we had a washer - yet there was not. Would I stay again? No - as there was no WiFi (which for me is essential), no washing machine, a little care and attention on their log burner would make so much difference. »

« The cottage was lovely, very cosy and inviting. We spent a week exploring the area and enjoying the local walks. Thornton-le-Dale, Pickering and Helmsley were all interesting places to spend some time in. All in all we had a lovely peaceful week's stay. »

« Super property with all we needed. Comfortable and clean. Domestic essentials were provided, mot the case in many properties, but tea coffee and milk as well as washing up and dish washer kit. One of the prettiest villages in NYNNP with a pub, tea rooms and a great rural museum »

« High Oaks Grange is a beautiful property with a very high standard of fittings. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay with old friends. There were plenty of things to do locally and we loved the area. One highlight was a meal cooked for us in the Grange by Chef Dan Graham. We would thoroughly recommend him. as would we would highly recommend The Grange for a large group. We hope to return in the future. »
