« Very pleasant stay, I have stayed a few times and always very good. On this one-off occasion the draft had stopped working but the staff tried their very best to offer other solutions which were appreciated. Thank you »

« Chambre exiguë, à se demander si ce n'était pas une chambre de bonne reconvertie (3 m de large sur 4 m de long), eau bouillante pour la douche à 2 reprises (2 matinées de suite) : merci pour les migraines de la journée ! Pas de wifi dans les chambres : nécessité de se rendre dans les salons et à l'accueil situés au rez de chaussée pour se connecter à internet avec smartphone et pc portable. »

« Comfortable and friendly, liked the spa pool and health suite . Not sure why the Christmas tree with lights was put up on weekend of 10 /11 October ! »

« Lovely view »

« I know it was late season but reception and bar not manned. Heating on full blast, was too much. Good breakfast, worth the extra, nice to see dogs allowed, even though I did not take my own, Scarborough is a very dog friendly place. »

« Good for a night or two. Tired, empty large corridors. Walls are thin. But it's warm, and in a decent area »

« Très bon séjour, personnel très accueillant petit bémol la taille du lit double très petit sinon tout était parfait »

« Good location, really nice chap, would go again »

« Really lovely beachfront property with a balcony over the beach. Check in was easy as was parking and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It’s a great location and the apartments are really nice. Would recommend. »

« Great place. A few minutes walk from the main lodge where you leave your car. There is a parking bay to unload your gear if required. Note there is no lift so not suitable if you have walking difficulties. Nice modern room with big bathroom. Tv is tiny »

« the views in the wedding venues are stunning and really make the venue. All the staff were friendly and everything ran smoothly. Some parts of the hotel are tired and need updating. The bathroom was on the small side. »

« Superbe hotel,très joli,très bon restaurant, seul soucis avec la chambre, nous étions directement sous les toits et il faisait une temperature irrespirable,a cause de la chaleur inhabituelle »

« I visited here for 3 night with my grandson. The location, views, cleanliness, bedroom were excellent. Only criticism i have is that I'm 68 and our room was on the very top floor. Not the fault of anyone. I would live to stay here again. »

« Overall the place was clean and tidy, but we did notice the cooker hood needed a good clean as it was greasy and sticky. Also the lights over the hot tub weren’t working properly. We also found the controls for the hot tub didn’t work properly. We enjoyed our stay and it had all the amenities people need. »
