« The property felt as though it was maintained to a good standard and the staff at the wedding party we attended were efficient and absolutely on top of their game. I liked the useable outdoor space which was a bonus on a hot evening. Great venue. The breakfast - we had full English breakfast and it was delicious and of good quality. Just enough and not overfaced. Would I stay there again - absolutely. »

« We only used the room as a base overnight whilst visiting Lincolnshire showground but the hosts made us feel welcome and showed us around the room on check in. The kitchenette was a nice addition, especially the fridge so we could keep our drinks for the weekend cool overnight. We’ll be looking to book again for next year! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and had all the facilities we could possibly ask for including a secure private garden section with decking area, perfect for the dogs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all consisting of excellent locally sources ingredients expertly cooked. The property was conveniently located a short drive from Chatsworth House, Bakewell and a number of other tourist attractions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend to others. »
