The hall is built on the site of the former Arbury Priory in a mixture of Tudor and 18th-century Gothic Revival architecture, the latter being the work of Sir Roger Newdigate from designs by Henry Keene.

« Pour moi le point le plus positif a été le très bon accueil de la part du personnel qui est très prévenant. L’appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel, propre, une buanderie est à disposition ( a prix très raisonnable) et la bagagerie sécurisée est gratuite A moins de cinq minutes il y a une supérette, en un quart d’heure on arrive à pied dans le centre ville, en un quart d’heure on est à lArena et en cinq minutes on peut profiter du canal pour une ballade. « Contracted property earlier in the afternoon to request a early check-in as weather was bad, left a message but no-one got back to me. Eventually braved the rain and went to the property, no reply when I rang the bell. Looked on-line for possible other contact number to see that the property was closed. As the town was busy that weekend there was no affordable places for me and my daughter to stay so the only option we had was to head to train station and buy tickets to return to Newcastle. This...

« Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*. »

"Le personnel est incroyable ! Accueillant, sympathique et arrangeant. Les chambres sont vraiment bien. Pour le prix je ne m'attendais pas à ça. Les petits déjeuners sont aussi de qualité peu importe l'heure. Par contre hotel.com ne nous laisse pas la possibilité de choisir les jours où l'on veut le petit déjeuner, du coup il vaut mieux prendre au jour le jour, j'en ai payé un pour rien au final. "
