« Ma chambre était sale en arrivant. Le lendemain matin, j’ai demandé à ce que l’aspirateur soit passé sur la moquette et que le bureau soit nettoyé car on voyait des traces de tasse collantes. Rien n’a été fait à mon retour, c’est tres decevant. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon également. »

Hotel plein pas de solution, appel à hotel.com mais chacun se renvoie la balle de la responsabilité de cette erreur. Finalement l hotel à trouve une solution. Heureusement car 0 retour de hotel.com.... l hotel en lui même correspond aux attentes et aux standards de holiday inn express »

« Host was great at contact and very helpful. We had a number of problems that we informed the host about on departure. We were there for two nights and felt the issues could not be resolved during our stay but the host was unhappy that we didn’t inform them about issues sooner. We didn’t feel that the property was adequately cleaned. Downstairs was clean but the bedrooms and bathrooms weren’t very clean at all. Two rooms upstairs smelt of smoke. Outside there was overflowing rubbish, broken...

« I arrived and hotel had no reservation from hotels.com but found a room for me, needed my bank details, but would resolve the issue with hotels.com. Just past midnight, whilst in bed fast asleep hotel.com messaged to say the hotel had rejected my booking, LOL, now neither Hilton or hotels.com are responding back to my emails, so not impressed. A shame because it is a nice hotel. »
