« From first impressions on arrival to time we departed, we enjoyed every minute in Close-by. Most comfortable and well equipped bungalow in excellent location. Thank you. »

« We stayed at no 14 for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed, we loved the private garden and enjoyed eating our breakfast outside, two bathrooms was a bonus and the fire stick for the tv was great. Sue was a super host who always replied promptly to any messages and was really accommodating with extra requests. We will definitely be back. Many thanks Lindsay and Simon »

« Had a really brilliant time at the green house. The space was lovely and well looked after. Instructions were clear and we had an enjoyable stay. »

« Cute little cottage near the sea. Lots of thought gone into providing everything you'd need from milk in the fridge to kids toys in the garage. Quite spacious too. The only thing to consider is the road is unmade and bumpy. Not a problem if you drive it slowly.Host was very helpful and answeted questions quickly. Useful tesco express on the next main road 3 minutes walk.Would thoroughly recommend and stay again. »

« We stayed here and we were fully satisfied with the property. Well equipped, the kitchen was well stocked for all our needs, beds extremely comfortable. The duvets and pillows were really nice, I didn't want to get out of bed. I would certainly stay here again and have no hesitation recommending it to friends. Sorry, I took no photos. »

« We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! »

« Had a lovely time here in Norfolk. Property is well-equipped, and well placed for short drives to the seals, the broads, Great Yarmouth, Norwich and more. »

« I stayed at this house with 2 friends during cold weather. The heating was set at 16.5 when we arrived…not a warm welcome! We did finally work out how to turn the heating up the next day. Although the owners said the details on how to do this are in the house we couldn’t find them. The house has been beautifully updated but lacks insulation and curtains so is very noisy. If one person gets up in the night everyone is awake! There is a Postal Sorting Office close to the house which woke us up at...
