« 別荘地区にあり、とても静かです。 設備が新しいのもありますが、ホテル並みにタオルやアメニティもあり、清潔で綺麗でした。臭いが無いので犬も落ち着いて、とても気持ち良く過ごせました。2階の部屋はベット横の小窓から見える木々や空がとても爽やかで、快適で昼寝してしまいました。 看板犬達は愛くるしく歓迎してくれます。 オーナーやスタッフさんもフレンドリーで、いろいろ教えてくれます。白馬駅前にバーも経営してらして、送迎してくれます。 »

« This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! « My husband and I had an excellent stay here! Most comfortable bed that we had between all of our hotels in Japan. But mostly, the staff was excellent. They truly went above and beyond, and are so kind and helpful. The only cons I can think of is that the breakfast is on the average side, but certainly enough food, and that the laundry drier takes forever. But then again, at least there was a laundry room and was free. Super convenient location as well, able to walk to the lift every day. Would...

« チェックインの受付でかなり待たされた。また、部屋にいって冷蔵庫にモノを入れようとしたらそもそも冷蔵庫の電源が入っていなく冷たくなるのも5時間以上かかった。部屋にあるDVDプレイヤーは壊れてて使えなく備え付けしてあるスマートフォンもフロントに繋がらず結局フロントにまで行ってスタッフに話して、DVDプレイヤーを交換してもらった。また、部屋は綺麗だが水道の下につけまつげが落ちていた。チェックイン前に部屋の確認をして欲しかった。 »
