« My husband and I had an excellent stay here! Most comfortable bed that we had between all of our hotels in Japan. But mostly, the staff was excellent. They truly went above and beyond, and are so kind and helpful. The only cons I can think of is that the breakfast is on the average side, but certainly enough food, and that the laundry drier takes forever. But then again, at least there was a laundry room and was free. Super convenient location as well, able to walk to the lift every day. Would...

« チェックインの受付でかなり待たされた。また、部屋にいって冷蔵庫にモノを入れようとしたらそもそも冷蔵庫の電源が入っていなく冷たくなるのも5時間以上かかった。部屋にあるDVDプレイヤーは壊れてて使えなく備え付けしてあるスマートフォンもフロントに繋がらず結局フロントにまで行ってスタッフに話して、DVDプレイヤーを交換してもらった。また、部屋は綺麗だが水道の下につけまつげが落ちていた。チェックイン前に部屋の確認をして欲しかった。 »
