« We had an excellent stay at this property! The house was spotless, cozy and really well equipped with lots of attention to detail. Very comfortable beds too. The host was friendly and responsive, also providing a welcome folder with lots of useful information about the house and the surrounding area. We thoroughly recommend this property! »

« Lovely house & garden but needs extra sofa in lounge area to accommodate the number of guests staying. Some beds and mattresses need to be replaced as everytime you turn over it creaks and disturbs nights sleep. Other than this we had a great weekend, children thoroughly enjoyed rope swing. Ideal house and great space for our family, 6 Adults and 5 children. »

« This was our second visit to the house. We love it there because it’s so peaceful and quiet with a huge garden full of interesting plants. Yarmouth is very close as is Freshwater Bay, one of our favourite places. It is easy to book a food delivery and the Tesco’s superstore is near. Altogether a great place for a laid back holiday. The host was most helpful with answering any questions. We will return I’m sure. »

It was great that we were close to everything and could visit the countryside nearby. Lymington is a charming town and has much to offer. We met up with friends and family at various times and wish we had more time to bask in the glow of Sea Cottage. ! 100 plus stars ! »

« We really enjoyed our stay as the house is a great base for exploring the local area. Being able to walk to the beach was brilliant. Lawrence was a really helpful friendly host and the house had everything you need, including toiletries and kitchen supplies which is so handy. It was nice to have the contained garden for the children to play in too. »
