« Excellent unit, very convenient to Paddington station with no noise problem. Only concern is the steep, narrow staircase to access unit, which may be typical in London. Believe future users should be aware of stairs in case they have issues with climbing. Particular hazard if transporting large suitcase. Otherwise, no concerns. Mid week cleaning very nice bonus. »

« Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!! »

« For the first welcome in walk we were greeted by a filthy carpet and funky smell. The carpet was stained throughout the house.The kitchen is old, plastic covers, peeling off cabinets and steel wool holding the washing machine in place. A few tea/coffee cups and glasses but other than that, it’s slim pickings. One tea towel for a week stay? One paper towel, and a few rolls of toilet paper. We had to go out and buy all. « We loved our stay in London! The location was marvelous, we felt safe, we were extremely close to the underground, a Uberresponded within one minute of the request. We are from the US and so planned our trip for mid May. It was difficult without air conditioning and we were unable to adequately turn off the community building heat.The host was great and responded to every question. We would definitely come back. »
