« Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the...

« Appartement très propre, environnement calme. Un peu loin du centre de Londres mais proche du train pour rejoindre le centre (attention, la ligne était en travaux durant notre week-end, nous avons donc dû prendre le bus+le métro pour rejoindre Londres, environ 1heure de transport...) »

« Only one word really…… Wow!!! Beautiful location, stunning property, beautifully finished…. So so comfortable, even the Sofia bed was a dream. To top it all off the private garden was so picturesque, loved watching the ducklings swimming past. Totally idealistic, and friendly accommodating hosts. We will be back! »
