« On the plus side, the lodges are really really good, spacious and well equipped, clean, nice decking overlooking a fishing pond, with good hot tub, although you've got to be a contortionist to get in and out, great to sit in the bubbles and watch the sunset. The site is tidy and well kept, great pub within a couple of minutes walk, nice food. On the down side, it's a relatively new site so not developed as yet, there's nothing on site, not great for kids, and personally I found the lodges...

« An excellent lodge set on a green space next to a wooded area at the end of the park. The hot tub was serviced daily and staff were busy ith the upkeep of the site.The lodge had a smart TV with catch up and the WiFi was surprisingly good.The lodge is well placed for a visit to the southern Lakes area. There a number of good shops in Grange for groceries and the Pheasant Inn at Allithwaite was excellent for evening meals. »
