Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! « The location shared on Expedia was incorrect. the property is literally half a KM away from the location shown and had to face challenges reaching out to Homelike number as there was no response for good 2 hours. resulting in being stranded in the middle of the road for long time. Also, the pictures vs the actual room condition, there is a huge difference. »
