« The property is fine but getting really old and need a refusrbishment. Staff is not professional at all. They charged me the rooms more than twice and after almost two months, I am still waiting for my money. Impossible to solve my problem. Transfer from the airport is finally charged after the promise to offer it to me. »

« With the notable exception of Mohamed the concierge and a handful of other staff members whose names I do not have, I was treated with a range of prurient curiosity to obvious disdain. It was clear I wasn’t welcome which is very surprising in a luxury property. The ladies at the check-in desks were notably either too junior to help or downright agressive and rude. What a shame as the grounds, food and spa services are excellent and live up to the property’s reputation. »

« I Enjoyed stay. Cofee shop is just opposite to this hotel. »

« Wifi was not working, and the reason business people book is to work, and if wifi itself is not working what is the use of booking? and bathroom knob was damaged and we couldn't lock the bathroom while using »

« I had a wonderful stay in this lovely twin room. The room was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. They even helped me carry my shopping, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this place. I will definitely come back again! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. ❤️ Jey London »
