« I complained on the same day that they gave a small room and also the shower was full leakage and it was so horrible to bath and the TV didn't work in spite of so many calls also they didn't attend I never book this hotel This hotel is not even worth 2 stars. Especially Front desk service is so horrible Very very bad and takes lot of time time to respond »

« This is a nice hotel pretty near to the Airport. Took us about 15-25 mts each way while coming from airport to hotel and the trip back to airport. Coming to hotel was in the afternoon so took longer because of traffic but not at all bad. The booking was handled by a lady at the front desk and whose name I have forgotten and I am sorry about that. She handled everything from booking the rooms, booking the van for airport pickup and also helped along with her team member to arrange for 2 cars back...

Hôtel exceptionnel à Bangalore

"J’ai séjourné plusieurs jours dans cet hôtel pour le salon Aeroindia. L’hôtel est tout simplement le meilleur dans lequel je suis passé, venant souvent à Bangalore. Le personnel est remarquable, on se sent extrêmement bien accueilli. Le petit déjeuner et les restaurants au top et la chambre spacieuse et confortable. Bravo pour le management."

Not welcoming to a Western woman traveling alone

"With the notable exception of Mohamed the concierge and a handful of other staff members whose names I do not have, I was treated with a range of prurient curiosity to obvious disdain. It was clear I wasn’t welcome which is very surprising in a luxury property. The ladies at the check-in desks were notably either too junior to help or downright agressive and rude. What a shame as the grounds, food and spa services are excellent and live up to the property’s reputation. "
